Setting up a proftpd server

Good day.

Proftpd won't let you download files, even the ones it just downloaded. Even if you put chmod 777 on the file, the problem is not solved. Could you suggest what is the problem?

The problem is most likely in the rights that you registered in the proftpd config. Upload the config to pastebin and link here

Yes, yes, show the config, please, it will be possible to say something. proftpd allows you to set your own set of valid commands for a specific directory. For example, it can be configured so that anonymous users can only upload to the uploads directory, but no one can download from there. It was very convenient to use this configuration for file transfers.
