Why did Windows 8 stop loading after msconfig?

My problem:
The computer freezes on boot and does not respond to the F2 (BIOS), F8 (Safe Mode), F11 (Acronis True Image) and F12 (Boot Manager) buttons.
Blue screen of death with "Wait a moment" message.
Cannot enter BIOS, Boot Manager, or Safe Mode.
Unable to start system recovery disk/flash.
System
Laptop Toshiba Satellite L755
Windows 8 Pro x64 (upgrade preinstalled Toshiba Windows 7 x64), German version
HD partitioning: System - 400 Mb, WINDOWS(C) - 350 Gb, Data (F) - 350 Gb. There is no D drive, it has been renamed to F.
Incremental system images are stored on Data (F).
Internet connection: WLAN
Acronis True Image 2013 is installed (and can be called with the F11 button at boot)
Kaspersky Internet Security 2014
All programs are disabled at startup, except for Cashier's
Windows Firewall disabled
The original (factory) OS image, located in a hidden area of the hard drive, apparently has not been preserved; it is replaced when restoring the system from an image using Acronis True Image.
Condition before the accident
• System and all programs/data restored from image. Everything works fine except for Windows Update (bug 800703F9). KB2871690, KB2802618, KB2822241, KB2871777 cannot be installed in any way. This error has been observed for two or three months, and during this time the number of uninstalled KBs has increased from one at the beginning to four now. Finally decided to do it.
• 2 hours before the accident, a complete check of the system by Kashpersky was done - no problems were found.
• Just before the crash, another system recovery flash drive was created.
• Images of the system and WINDOWS(C) disk with programs/data on an external hard disk were made using Acronis.
• Another incremental system image has been created on the Data (F) drive.
• Made a backup of all personal data on DVD.
• Goal of the next step: Fix the broken Windows Update feature. I decided to roll back the system and install HF manually. It turned out to roll back, but not to install KV: the same error 800703F9 appears.
• Several unsuccessful attempts to return the system to its original (factory) state. I didn't know then that this system image might have been destroyed by Acronis.
The first signs of an accident
During reboots, I noticed:
• MBR Error 3
• The computer stopped responding to the F2 (BIOS), F8 (Safe Mode), F11 (Acronis True Image) and F12 (Boot Manager) buttons during boot, but normal Windows boot is normal.
Actions just before the crash
• Starting Windows in normal mode
• running msconfig.exe to reboot the system in safe mode (tick "safe mode" and "minimal")
• starting Windows in safe mode
• trying to restore the system from the installation disk - unsuccessful: does not recognize the installation disk
• starting Windows in normal mode
• run msconfig.exe with other options (tick "safe mode", "other shell", "boot log", "basic video", "OS information"), then click on "apply", then on "OK"
• Windows rebooted in safe mode, an administrator window appeared with the C:\Windows\System32> command line, closed this window (clicked on the cross), began to look for "boot log", "base video", "OS information", did not find, gave the command to reboot the system.
• I haven't seen Windows since.
What is observed
• Remove the battery, disconnect the power cable.
• Connect the power.
• We turn on the computer, the download starts. If at the same time hold any of the buttons F2, F8, F11 or F12, then everything that follows happens the same way. If you do not touch the buttons (normal boot), the same thing. That is, in any case, the following happens next:
• the Toshiba window appeared and disappeared
• the inscription "MBR Error 3" flashed
• the "Windows" logo appeared and disappeared. If the F2, F8, F11 or F12 button is pressed, then beeping starts, if not, then no.
• the inscription "Windows is loading" flashed
• the mouse cursor appeared, it works
• touchpad works (you can use it to control the cursor)
• blue screen with the inscription "Please wait one moment"
• indicators show: "Power on", "Computer on", "WLAN on", "Handling HDD" flashes intermittently, this flashing seems to be cyclical.
• We leave until the morning - in the morning everything is the same: "Wait one moment."
Summary
After my manipulations with msconfig.exe, Windows stopped loading
What solutions can you suggest?
If someone kindly responds, I will be grateful.
I really look forward to help.

Try turning on your beech to hold the F9, or F10, or F11 key,
not to press, but to hold.
F10 is responsible for bios on many laptops.

If there are all images, then we take out the screw from the laptop, connect it to another computer and restore it. To successfully restore the boot, you need to have in the image not only the "C drive", but also the "System Reserved" boot partition.
If there is no second computer at hand, but there is a bootable flash drive, then the following: we take out the screw, go into the BIOS, disable UEFI, connect the screw, boot from the flash drive, try to restore the system, turn UEFI back on.

My problem is similar. Trouble with msconfig.exe windows 8 - just hacking the computer and not giving access to the operating system under the same drive.
