Why did vp9 hardware acceleration stop working in all browsers?

Hello. There was a problem with vp9 hardware decoding in all browsers on Windows 10. For example, here is this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1La4QzGeaaQ if you set the quality to 8k, then the processor load is 100%, the GTX 1060 video card is idle (Video Engine: 0%.
I can’t say how it all started, but before, for sure, on the same video from Youtube, the processor load did not exceed 5%. The chrome://gpu
exhaust is all green. UPD has removed the built-in codec https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/p/vp9-video-extens... , re-installation solved the problem.
