Where can I find a note script (or plugin) for a web page?

For one project, I collect feedback from people in personal correspondence on VK. When you communicate with 5-7 people at the same time, and even more so, it’s simply unrealistic to remember the contents of the conversation with everyone, especially the questions that you have already asked) Every time you switch between dialogues, you have to scroll through the conversation, view the questions that have already been asked ... and you can still ask the question again by mistake.
What I'm looking for is a plugin or a script that will display a simple list with checkboxes on the right for each specific html page (in VK, conversations are different links, of course). So that when you ask a question, put a checkbox to the question ... and when you return to the conversation, you can immediately see which checkboxes are set, and it immediately becomes clear which questions have already been asked.
