How to track in chrome whether a video is loading or not?

I have my own site on the local, I uploaded a video to the player on ajax, I want to track when another video is loaded into the player, whether the old video continues to download or it stops. To do this, you need to track the downloaded traffic, how to implement this? i have a macbook

F12, Network tab. You can see everything that is loaded or not loaded.
