Why did the speed of the router over WIFI begin to drop dramatically?

Guys, the speed of the router over Wi-FI
Keneetic 4G III has become unrealistic, we have 12 Mbps 1 meter from the router. By wire 17 Mbps I
leave 5 meters-5 Mbps, I leave 10 meters. the speed starts to jump from 0.5 Mbps - 5 Mbps. Before that, everything worked fine for half a year, in the last 3 weeks every day such problems.
What can be wrong? and what is the way out?

Maybe the problem is not in the router, but in your device? Have you tried different channels? Like 6? I am always the most lucky with this in terms of speed and stability of the connection with different devices.

Play around with the channel, most likely there is a more powerful device on the same radio frequency.
For Android, there is an excellent WIFI Analyzer application. It will show you the most free frequencies, to which you will change the channel on the router
