How to determine the base stations of cellular operators through a wi-fi router?

I have a 4g wi-fi router from MTS and I would like to find the direction of the base stations and improve the signal quality. Is it possible to do this over wi-fi, what programs would you recommend to determine the signal quality and search for base stations?

I think it's better to ask this in MTS - call technical support and say "The connection quality is bad, where should I direct the antenna?"

I am not an expert, but I am afraid that it is impossible to find a base station that operates at a frequency of 800 to 2600 MHz using a (wi-fi) receiver that operates at a frequency of 2.4 GHz . Moreover, to determine the direction, at least 2 devices spaced apart by a certain distance are required. The definition of the "quality" of communication by one device in any room will be incorrect, due to the effects of shielding, re-reflection and interference of signals. To search for base stations, I think it's worth looking for maps of the location of such stations. Googled very easily.
