I’m standing on the street, I’m smoking, I don’t touch anyone, for no reason, the linphone application on the phone starts calling (configured to work with an asterisk inside the local network (192.168. with sip:[email protected]:5060 there is no Internet on the phone, since it is not needed. What could it be?

You can call by sipu without a server. If I'm not mistaken, this is sip direct.
