How to change permit on a lot of extenstion in FreePBX?

Actually the whole question. There are about 400 extensions in FreePBX, you need to change the permit field for all. How can this be implemented?

and in new versions of the updated Bulk handler module
, upload all numbers to a file and edit in the editor (excel or notepad of your choice)
