Why did the network and DHCP server fail?

The computer network in which the DHCP server on Windows 2003 (also a domain controller) distributed addresses 172.18.80.x was transferred to the pfSense DHCP server running on FreeBSD as shown in the figure. A couple of computers on the network did not automatically receive addresses on the first day, but in general the network worked fine. This Monday morning, half of the computers on the network cannot obtain IP addresses due to incorrect operation of the DHCP server. What could be wrong, where to look?

Just don't be offended, I don't know the answer to your question.
But I would put Mikrotik and not steamed. 50 people have been sitting on the fifth firmware for two years, 100% uptime.
If only in this pfSense they fixed the jamb with SIP when changing the interface (SIP conntack), then yes.

Routing is registered in another pfsense section. And the division into two subnets is an indication "from above". It is necessary that from the parent company they pave the route to the servers, but that the computers of the employees are not there.
