Why did the Internet disappear after installing O&O ShutUp10 (disabling tracking in Win10)?

There is Internet in the browser, but applications are not connected - skype, webmoney, instagram, standard Windows. The telegram client and google drive work. Tried 2 different internet providers. Restored the system through a restore point - did not help. What could be and how to fix it?
