Why are multiple network models created?
Why are there several different network models for OSI, TCP/IP, etc.? And which one is used de facto now?
I read Wikipedia and even tried to google, but everywhere they talk about their difference.

Little read, read more.
OSI is a model that tried to make a classification of levels.
TCP / IP - a specific implementation of one of the protocols, and within this OSI.
OSI is a little outdated, since everything is more complicated now, but this is the basis and you need to read about it in order to understand how various abstraction levels are generally classified for transmitting information in networks.
