How to forward port on Opensuse 42.1?

Hanging out ssh and vnc on a laptop with OpenSUSE 42.1. I want to open access outside.
I do port forwarding on the Asus RTN-12D router I check

my ip

I check with telnet whether I can hang myself on this port

But when I try to connect from the external ip of the router I get a refusal. The router forwards ports normally, as a test on another laptop I created a temporary nodejs http server on port 8080, forwarded the port to another laptop and immediately connected. That is, the problem is most likely in a laptop with OpenSUSE. Where to dig?
