Why did the icons and context menu of the linux mint cinnamon desktop disappear after installing-uninstalling Komorebi?
In the system settings -> desktop is set to "display desktop icons on all monitors"

Google did not give anything sensible ... Maybe someone came across?)

Most likely, the removal was not completed completely.
Here on the forum: mintlinux.ru/forum/thread3892.html a person faced the same problem.
Deleting the gksulock file in the home folder and restarting the session helped
