PXE is very sensitive to network errors.
On the same network, http or rdp can feel great,
but it's disgusting to work PXE every other time.

Я бы сказал, что установка винды из-под отдельной винды, загруженной по сети, это мазохизм. Я бы делал загрузку установщика из непосредственно iso образа.
