Why did the file uploader stop working?

Hello. Maybe someone came across. "1C-Bitrix: Site Management 9.1.0". I'm trying to upload files as usual, from the structure, before it worked fine, the upload folder immediately opened. And now what is in the screenshot, that is, nothing. Maybe someone had it. What could have happened.
