It should be possible to configure several JavaScript settings from the admin panel. What is the best way to do this on the Bitrix side (where to save and where to edit these parameters)?

You can install a free module and write any data there
marketplace.1c-bitrix.ru/solutions/grain.customsettings
and extract the data into footer.php and insert it into a JS script
