I did not find such functionality in the admin panel.
Those. the functionality is such that after registering a user, he could add a product to the store's website. After checking by the moderator, the product appears on the site.

You create a specific user group with the necessary rights, after registering the user, assign it to the required group, configure access in the information block of the catalog for this group, uncheck the activity checkbox in the information block settings in the "fields" section, catch the addition of a product by an event that triggers sending an email message to the administrator about the fact of adding a product. After that, the admin checks the product and activates it.
