Why did the error suddenly begin to fly out Couldn't find a stored procedure that definitely exists and others can see it?

Good afternoon, suddenly on two machines out of 20 it began to knock out the error "could not find a stored procedure." Although it exists, other users use it. Everything else is working normally.
Delphi program - BDE administrator reinstalled.
ODBC also recreated
Connected to a different version of the server (14 MS SQL) hits the same error
All users log in from under domain accounts and belong to the same permission group
Even reinstalling the system does not work, but everything is fine on another computer under this user account.
I would sin on the network if it did not abruptly fly out from two computers at once. Windows 7, windows 8.1 systems

The surest way is to use the SQL Server Profile and configure it to display an error and prompt accordingly.
