Site like online MS Access (reference book, database with a couple of labels with an interface)?

We need a site where you can take notes (including in a hierarchical form). For example, bookmarks with url, list of books, movies, etc. With a free stripped down version.

grubba.net is the first thing that comes to mind. Although I would rather cut some of the Wishlist and use Google Docs or Microsoft Web App.

Have you considered Evernote? there certainly is not a database with a tabular part, but it may well be suitable for storing notes, lists and bookmarks.
