What is the best way to populate the database?

Good afternoon!
Tell me please. What is the best way to maintain a database. New entry - new line or use "Count" as entries can be repeated.

For example, there is a DB with coins.
You can use a separate line for each coin.
Ancient cities of Russia - Pskov
Ancient cities of Russia - Galich
Ancient cities of Russia - Galich
Ancient cities of Russia - Vyborg
Russian Federation - Oryol region
Ancient cities of Russia - Pskov
Ancient cities of Russia - Galich

or use the field "Number"
Ancient Cities of Russia - Pskov - 2pcs
Ancient Cities RUSSIA - GALYCH - 3pcs
ANCIENT CITIES OF RUSSIA - VYBORG - 1pc
RUSSIAN FEDERATION - OREL REGION - 1pc

If this is the same coin and it does not have any differences from the other, you can simply store the quantity. If there are differences, of course, you need to keep this coin under a different id.
I vaguely see that your database structure is also incorrect if you store the lines exactly as written. It is necessary differently, through id.
