Why did the client stop connecting via SSH and SFTP?

The error is "Connection timed out".
I use putty and filezilla. At one point, both terminals were no longer allowed on the server (port 22).
The problem is definitely on the client side.
No software was installed, the same antivirus is installed.
I tried to turn off the router and start the terminal without the Internet, the error has changed. So it's not about the software?

Can you connect from another client?
Have you tried the built-in telnet clients?
What does tracert (traceroute) say to the server?
What antivirus costs and does it have a network protection module?
Have you tried disabling your antivirus?

try ftp connetcor
and try ssh in the terminal. if it works, then reinstall filezilla, the setting probably flew off there

Maybe a problem with the provider? Today is the same problem. I live in Kazakhstan, the provider is megaline, there are no problems with other providers, only they have.
