Why did text become worse in PhpStorm after upgrading to El Capitan?

After the update, the main IDE window seemed to become much darker and the text of the source code became thinner, or something, because of which the eyes get tired after half an hour of work.
No PhpStorm settings have changed, the fonts in it have remained the same, the version is the latest stable. The JRE version has not changed.

Try to install the version with built-in JDK 1.8, it should help.

On El Captain since the first beta versions. Didn't notice changes in PhpStorm font
