Hello! I switched to cloudflare, because the subdomain needs an ssl certificate, and now I have lost the subdomain altogether)) When I go to the subdomain, I see the main page. Please explain what am I doing wrong?

First you need to add subdomains to cloudflare itself.
It can also happen when virtual hosts are not configured on the web server. In this case, all files are taken from the root directory of the main domain.
