Why did Safari stop loading Google sites?

I've been seeing a strange problem for a long time.
In Safari, Google projects are loaded very slowly - the search itself from the address bar, YouTube, mail, disk - everything. Sometimes they don't load at all or get the error "Server not found".
In neighboring chrome, everything is fine.
The problem will persist regardless of the Internet provider.
Google DNS tried to drive in the settings - there is no result.
What could be the problem guys?

The same problem. Especially from YouTube. Helps close safari (CMD+Q) and open again. Chrome doesn't have this problem. I think it came along with El Capitan.

Quit Safari
Move /Library/Keychains to trash
Empty Trash
Restart Safari
