Why did Pioneer BDR-208D stop reading BD-R discs?

The problem is this.
After changing the motherboard, processor and RAM (without reinstalling the OS), the drive stopped reading BD-R discs, BUT it reads and writes DVD, CD
without any problems . OS Winowos 10 64 bit MB MSI z270 pc mate Tell me what could be the reason. Thanks in advance.

CD, DVD and BD have different lasers. So a situation where only certain types of discs are read is quite possible. Maybe the laser is out of order?
