Why did PhpStorm stop understanding php?

I didn't change anything, as far as I remember, but Storm's brain suddenly exploded - he stopped parsing php correctly.

Such errors in every file. The files are, of course, normal.
Restarting, rebooting, changing quotes (0_o) does not help. Javascript and html are parsed without errors, only php is buggy.
UPD:
Technical support could not help, even after creating a new empty project and disabling all plugins except CSS and PHP, the problem did not go away.
Only a complete reinstallation helped, fortunately, this is an almost painless process.
