Why did phpstorm stop connecting via FTP after the move?

Some oddities.
The computer has moved to a new office. The provider has changed. The provider is one of the leaders in the city.
PhpStorm now gives an error when connecting via FTP:

Could not list the contents of folder " ftp://site.ru/ ".

Started digging:
PhpStorm 6.0.3 and 8.0.1 give the same error.
When connecting to another FTP, it gives a simple answer that there are no folders or files on the server. Although they certainly are.
FileZilla connects without problems.
The phpstorm houses of the same distributions and versions work stably. (and what is strange, the provider is the same, only there it is as a private person, and at work, respectively, as a legal entity) The
first thing I thought about was the port. BUT FileZilla also climbs on port 21.
So all the same - what could it be?

@gangstarcj

SFTP try to connect.
I also got this, there were incorrect server settings, the firewall blocked ports from passive mode and port 21
