Why did photos stop uploading to iCloud Photo Library?

Hi.
a few days ago, any photos and videos from the iPhone 6 stopped uploading to the iCloud library.
I have an iPhone 6 and iMac with a shared library, everything worked fine, nothing changed. it just stopped unloading by itself, periodically on the iPhone the message "Unable to load the object" is displayed
and that's all ...
where can I see and cure the problem?

Maybe it's over there? iCloud is free for 5 gigabytes only.
