iPhone charging?

Good afternoon, a couple of questions arose about the correct operation of the Iphone 11
1) Is it possible to charge even if it has 50% (for example, you need to leave soon and it would be better if it was 100). There is a theory that it is necessary to discharge the battery to 10% and only then put it. If this is true, how better
2) Is it possible to charge via usb, from a laptop, how correct is this (I know that it takes longer but it’s more convenient to keep it nearby)

1) The cycle is still considered when it is discharged to 100%, for example, you discharged to 50 - charged to 100, discharged to 75 - charged to 100 and only when the battery shows 75 for the third time - 1 cycle will be considered (that is, a loss of 50 + 25 +25%.
2). USB gives out less current than charging (as a rule) and this is only +, not minus. Therefore, we can say that this is more correct than fast charging (for example, how some people buy additional 18W blocks or generally charge from a MacBook PSU).
