Why did hints fall off in PhpStorm when you write code?

Hints are no longer shown, when you click on the lock it gives some kind of error ... I did not find an answer on the Internet

the castle has nothing to do with clues.
invalidate the cache and restart the storm.
if it doesn't help, disable all plugins and restart storm.
if it does not help, then the complete removal of the storm and reinstallation.
