Why did frequent small friezes appear in Google Chrome?

I have been using the Google Chrome browser for a long time. A few days ago I began to notice small and rare freezes, today they are still small, but now they appear every 30-60 seconds. It has become so often after I updated the browser this morning, during the last weeks I have not installed any extensions. Friezes only in the browser, outside of Chrome (on the desktop, in programs, etc.) there are no friezes. How to solve this problem?

1) Check if it works with another browser!
2) Check if any installed chrome://extensions/ extension interferes with the browser! by launching the browser in incognito mode (ctrl + shift + n)
PS From myself I will add that freezes and freezes of any programs can occur if you have problems with RAM or its lack, if not, then try the methods above.
