Why doesn't the browser cache images from a third party server?

Here is the load log of my application:

As you can see, all files except for the Google Analytics script and user avatars that are loaded from a third-party server are loaded from the cache. Why is the browser not caching image files? The address and filename do not change between reboots. How can I force the browser to cache these images?
