Why did autoendtasks stop working on windows 10 20H2?

Registry setting HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop\AutoEndTasks 1 has stopped working in the latest version of windows.
What happened? Maybe this parameter was moved to another place?

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop\AutoEndTasks 1 disables prompting to end programs when pressing start-shutdown. Previously, this setting would unconditionally shut down the computer, even if a document asked whether to save it or not. A very handy item on the laptop.
