How to fix error loading Visual C++ VCBuild.exe components?

Installed everything that was in the list and did not help

Create a "Release|x64" solution configuration.

Install VS2005 and run the build from the studio console, not from the usual cmd: the link to the console should be in the start menu in the studio folder.
