Why did AdBlock decide to scam YouTube-blocked users to Safari?

There is one MacBook, everything is blocked perfectly on it with such a bunch:

We try to put the same thing on another MacBook, we get this:

- The version is different, the numbers are smaller
- It is installed differently
- It does not block ads on YouTube AT
ALL How to still make a normal blocking advertising?

Apple is bringing Safari extensions to the Appstore. And it looks like it has its own rules and restrictions, so extensions for it have a separate version and do not work quite the way they originally did. This is written in the reviews.
Past implementations of extensions must be installed from the previous extension store: safari-extensions.apple.com
Ad Block is still there.
