We have built a player on the site and it is necessary that the vidos be played with the necessary subtitles - it depends on the selected language on the site. Now the link looks something like this:

Specifically, the parameter hl is of interest, for the Russian version of the site hl=ru_RU and here hl=ru may be enough?
But at the same time there is Portuguese Brazilian, for example. Is it necessary to write hl=pt_BR like this? While this may be a bad example, there are dialects of Chinese and there can be two sets of subtitles.
