Why css media queries don't work on hosting?

Hello. I check the layout locally, media queries are processed, after I upload it to the hosting, the page behaves as if there were no media queries.

<meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, initial-scale=1">

Registered.
Perhaps I have not registered something yet, or is it a matter of hosting? I just have my doubts about this.
Please help me figure out what the problem is.

if in several, then check the rights of the path, etc.
