Why constant lack of RAM on Macbook Pro 13' Early 2015?

Good day dear friends!
There was such a question. Why, when Photoshop is open (working with 3-5 layers) and 5-7 tabs in Safari, "mouse twitching" and other symptoms of lack of RAM begin. The ClearMac tray utility does show no free RAM.
Worth Siera, macbook 15 years old, basic hardware (8 GB of RAM). Not so long ago on makosi, so I don’t know how to treat this. There is no dust, the laptop is new, in use for a couple of months.

In the Activity Monitor utility, you can see how and what resources are loaded: memory, CPU, Energy, Disk.
I advise you not to install applications that are not clear what they are doing. For example ClearMac, what does it clean? Does he know better than you and Mac OS developers what needs to be removed? If you have problems with the volume of the disk, try to keep track of it yourself and not clog it with garbage. Trojans are found even in the necessary and well-known (Transmission, for example) applications, so what can we say about various cleaners from dubious manufacturers. Study Activity Monitor, if you don't find anything, try reinstalling the system. And by the way, make sure that the folder in which the project is located is not in iCloud, this created problems for me, though in Xcode.

ClearMac between times decently eats up memory, it may be that the Sierra is still damp.

What is the display resolution? Native or scaled? On an enlarged theoretically , it can lag because of the vidyahi. As for memory, this is a separate issue, since OS X manages it a little differently, and the "free" memory indicator needs to be interpreted correctly.
