Why can you get banned on Upwork?

I heard that they can get banned for almost anything. For example, I read that newcomers are blocked if they do not receive the first order for a long time. I would like to clarify how and what is there in terms of the ban, before trying myself on Upwork.

It would not hurt to read the rules. Nobody really reads them.
A temporary suspension or ban can be obtained by violating one of the rules.
For example, you can get a suspension if you pass the test in a couple of minutes (~ up to 5 minutes). Because as a rule, this means that you were swinging, i.e. answered in advance knowing the answers.

Фигня! У меня 100% джоб сукцесс, много отработанных часов, фидбэки только ★★★★★, тестов пройдено штук 12 все 10-30 ТОР, минимальный - авераже по финансовым тестам. Фотка есть, портфолио есть, на Апворке уже 5 лет, когда он ещё ОДеском был.
Просто последнее время был там без работы и отправлял по-многу Propositon, все расходовал, равномерно по 1- 3 в день.
Ничего не может вас убереч от бана, если вы там без работы. Топ-рейтеров пока не банят, но и у них статус не вечный
