Change of residence, where and how to look for a job?

Good day,
At one time I wrote to Cyberfurm, but I never received an answer.
I will briefly describe the situation. I am 30. I have been living in Israel since the age of 14 and I plan to move to Moscow, I graduated here with a BA, in the process of an MBA (marketing and strategic management) I am studying because I am interested in this topic. I have been working as a freelancer in the web field for 5-6 years, mainly: psd layout, cms Wordpress and Linux hosting (VPS and VDS), I provide design services for t.z. and consulting before the "conquest" of the Internet. For a very long time I was teaching high school students HTML and CSS, CSS3.
There is only one minus, I have no idea in graphics, so I use freelancers or templates. I also haven’t coded with JS and PHP for a long time (there is a base, and very rarely I make changes in the WP code or the implementation of Jquery, but no more).
In a few years, he became one of the pros in Israel in WordPress and css3 layout, because. There are a lot of "developers" here who are still typesetting tables and working with WordPress by clicking. But outside of Israel, my advantage vanishes. Because and CSS3 and WordPress at a high level.
Of course, I keep some of my clients with me (3 studios with which I have been working for a long time), but this is not enough for Moscow and it is not known when and how the work will be.
Here are the questions, respectively:
1. Where to start? I have, as it were, not enough knowledge, but not enough to submit a resume for a particular position. on all the sites that I have seen, they are looking for low-profile employees, and a salary of $ 600-1000 seems meager.
I really like to think with my head and look for non-standard solutions, learn something new.
2. Is there any demand for more sophisticated WordPress sites if you continue freelancing in Russia?
3. Can I change my profile, look for a job in marketing? But again the question arises, how to infiltrate a niche?
In general, I will be glad to any advice, not every day you have to radically change your life.
PS no need to ask why the move and whether I need it.
Thank you very much!

Stay in Israel.
There is nothing special to catch here, especially in marketing, dads have already taken their sons to all highly paid positions.
If you have a choice, go to the states.
In Russia, it remains unchanged, family ties are much (more liquid) than brains, experience, a diploma, diligence.

And what prevents him from remaining while in Moscow?

You need to start by looking for the same stupid questions on the Internet.

Tell us a little about yourself? How many years? What do you know? What do you do? Do you study or did you study (where)?
What is it for you? How will you apply?
