Why can windows 7 slow down on an SSD?

I have a laptop with HDD and SSD (Intel).
System and programs on SSD (there was a transfer of the system from the HDD).
OS - Windows 7.
I turn on the beech and everything is fine, but sometimes Windows boots up, but everything slows down, it is especially clearly visible on minimizing / maximizing windows - it slowly happens in jerks.
And there is no pattern - maybe everything will load normally, or maybe with brakes.
It is treated by rebooting the beech, sometimes rebooting 2 times.
If you need any more information, then tell me how (where) to look. In general, I set up SSD according to articles on the Internet, including articles on Habré.

Download the SSD Toolbox software from the Intel website, run system diagnostics. He himself must find problem areas and services and disable them. Both my desktop and laptop have SSDs from Intel 520 and 530 series. I don't see any such problems.

I suspect that it's not the SSD, but the graphics card. Isn't it getting warm? Try reinstalling the drivers.

First you need to look in the task manager - what processes are loading the processor,
are all the drivers installed,
boot from the diagnostic disk (for example, Hirens) - check the memory, check the HDD
