Why can VPS slow down and where to look for the cause?

I took vps vultr.com At first it worked quickly, then it began to slow down terribly when loading site pages. Maybe after installing mysql and phpmyadmin, I don't know. No experience with webserver. Where to look for the reason? This is what I see in the panel 55c908c8d52640a9873c47c0bff4d1d2.pngand d3c074ec4f334e98bb9b19b75d21f8aa.pngWorth ubuntu with apache, php mysql (and docker).

there is no crime on the charts. But there is no memory usage graph - and, from experience, LAMP on cheap VPSs (with 1 gig) most often rests on memory. Especially if the muscle has default settings.
Landergate 's advice is 100% correct. The fastest way would be to hire an administrator with experience, he will poke your nose into a bottleneck in half an hour. True, you should not expect that in the same half an hour he will solve the problem for you.
PS By the way - I'm quite involved in similar tasks. For details in a personal.
