Why can there be a long loading of Bios?

Good afternoon!
After updating PC components (installing Asus TUF b450 AM4 + Ryzen 3600 + DDR4 Team 3200), up to 10 seconds occur between pressing the power button and turning on the screen (the appearance of the motherboard logo). Then Windows loads another 6 seconds.

On the previous components, the motherboard logo appeared in 2 seconds. When replacing the power supply, the power supply did not change.

Who faced this? And how to fix it?
