I need to install Mac os on asus x55a series. I downloaded the iatkos ml2 image, but the problem is that when I start the installation, an apple appears, and a prohibition sign is on top - and that's it.
Help solve the problem.

Incompatible hardware. You can search for broken other images, or you can abandon it (understand that you do not need this before installation)

It all depends on whether there are drivers for the poppy for your laptop.
If, nevertheless, the assembly of iatkos ml2 is not installed, then I advise you to look at its own assembly only Lion. Also, in order to see what exactly the problem is, when choosing to boot from DVD in the bootloader, specify the keys (-x -v) without brackets. Thus, you can see at what stage the error is knocked out.
