Why can the nexus 5 not see the computer?

I connect, there is no activity from the PC side, the nexus similarly does not give signals, the current is charging. I tried to edit 0 emotions through the developer. I can’t reflash, I can’t get root either with any program for android, Framaroot doesn’t want to run at all.

Your nexus may be in USB "Charging Only" mode.
