How to transfer a phone number from a web page to a smartphone: copy the number to the clipboard, then send it to the smartphone?

Problem
I am engaged in calling clients.
I have CMS. Phone numbers are stored there.
We need to call Vasya. I open a browser. Log in to CMS. I see Vasya's number.
I take my mobile phone in my hand and begin to drearily write off the number from the browser.
For-dol-bal-sya.
How to make such a mechanism?
I am copying the number to the clipboard from the browser. I open the tab "with some kind of" service. I paste the number from the buffer. The number is sent over the Internet to my phone. The phone starts dialing immediately. You can ask before dialing whether to dial or not (but this is not important). AirDroid Service. Works in general, BUT !!!! 1. It is paid. 2. There, if you do not access the tab with airDroid, then the connection between the phone and the tab is lost and you need to reconnect.
What have you already tried
Yandex browser. There is such a feature. BUT. I don't want to get attached to him. This is a working computer and we have the standard Chrome
Extension for the chrome to phone browser. It just doesn't work for me.
Pushbullet - there is no such function AirMore - there is no such
function
TeamViewer Quick Support, TeamViewer Host - here the difficulty is that the smartphone screen appears in the browser and there you need to poke the call button, paste it from the buffer and click on the call. And it's all STOPPING!
Service My calls. But there you can not dial an arbitrary number. First you need to create a contact with this number. Which is not convenient.
Kopy - you cannot click on a number directly in the notification: you must first click on it, then go to the program in the phone, and only then click on the dialing link
Pushbullet - you cannot click on the number directly in the notification: you must first click on it, then go to the program in the phone and only then click on the
Pushline dialing link - to dial the number you need to click on the menu (in the chrome extension), then paste, then click on the call. Only after that, dialing will start on the phone.
Guys, help, huh?

It is necessary to use links of the form
Then you can open cms from your phone and call on click. Or call from the computer again by clicking. For example, on a Mac, you can call via facetime if the phone is on the same Wi-Fi network.
You can also use voip for calls.

Use pushall for this. You can connect the API directly in the CMS so that when you click on the link, a push with a phone number will fly to your phone. There, make a link tel: and it will be processed in the dialer.

The official Skype extension for Chrome, in addition to calling Skype, can dial a number on Android phones via GSM (i.e. not via Skype)

Win10 has a default My Phone app. It performs this function. The phone must be connected to the computer via Bluetooth.

There is another way, quite simple.
If you have a Google account and you are authorized in it on your phone (Android only) and in the Google Chrome browser, then when you shout at any links like phone (href="tel: +79250000000"), you will be prompted to dial a number on a smartphone or in a dialer on a computer, select a smartphone and the number is transferred to it, after which it remains to press the "Call" button.
