Hello. I have 8 core AMD Ryzen 7 PRO 2700 OEM TDP 65W. From time to time, the CBO starts to make a lot of noise for a couple of seconds, the stability test of the system from AIDA64 without running the test shows at this moment an increase in temperature from 30-43 to 60 degrees. What could be causing this and should I be worried? The increase occurs at a random time and does not depend on the load (I read a book or use a browser). CBO has a dissipated power of 150 watts.
ps When running heavy games, it shows 60 degrees, now in idle the temperature is from 36 to 44 when I just set the CBO it was 28

It's not worth worrying too much. 60 degrees temperature is not critical at all.
It’s not clear why you need SVO. Any cooler will cope with this processor, incl. boxed.
