Why can the CPU temperature jump 20+ degrees?
Hello. I have 8 core AMD Ryzen 7 PRO 2700 OEM TDP 65W. From time to time, the CBO starts to make a lot of noise for a couple of seconds, the stability test of the system from AIDA64 without running the test shows at this moment an increase in temperature from 30-43 to 60 degrees. What could be causing this and should I be worried? The increase occurs at a random time and does not depend on the load (I read a book or use a browser). CBO has a dissipated power of 150 watts.
ps When running heavy games, it shows 60 degrees, now in idle the temperature is from 36 to 44 when I just set the CBO it was 28

It's not worth worrying too much. 60 degrees temperature is not critical at all.
It’s not clear why you need SVO. Any cooler will cope with this processor, incl. boxed.
Because that's how he works.
For the essence of it to work this way and not otherwise, is laid down by the algorithm.
https://itc.ua/news/funktsiya-xfr-v-protsessorah-a... that's all he is. The percentage is temporarily boosted and, consequently, the temperatures and the intensity of the work of the SVO increase. "this is the norm." Windows or what application is temporarily pulling it. you can try to "slow down" the CBO a little so that the turntables do not react so famously.
