Is it possible to replace the hardware (processor) in the Sony Vaio SVF152?

Hello!
Going to upgrade Sony VAIO SVF1521Q1RW?
How to understand and what to look at, will it be possible to replace the i3 3217U (BGA1023) processor with a 3rd generation i5?
Will the mother and other iron keep?
*****************
i3 3217U (Mine)
1.80 GHz without Turbo Boost
Lithograph - 22 nm; TDP - 17 W

i5 3317U (Replacement #1)
1.70 GHz Turbo Boost 2.60 GHz
Lithography - 22 nm; Estimated power - 17 W

i5 3230M (Option for replacement No. 2) IF I FIND
2.60 GHz Turbo Boost 3.20 GHz
Lithography - 22 nm; TDP - 35 W
*****************
Motherboard: 31hk9mb0020 ref: d3f
Chipset: HM76

I also plan to replace the HHD with a 240 GB SSD, leave the 500 GB HDD as an extra. drive in the DVD drive sled and add 4GB of RAM (planned 8GB).

Can anyone come across or has experience in similar solutions?
I'd love to hear your opinion and thanks in advance!

And one more thing...
Does anyone have a 3rd generation i5 processor BGA1023? Any kind (new, before Reball, after Reball), the main thing is that it works :)
Or does anyone have any idea where to get them? And that's the problem with them...

The easiest way to understand is whether modifications of this laptop were sold with the desired CPU. If they were sold, then most likely everything will work, provided that the mother is not killed during soldering.
And if not, then this is a lottery, the mother may simply not recognize the stone.
But I’ll say right away that in bearded times it really made sense to buy a laptop with the cheapest i3, and then take an i7 from analysis, which climbs there with a thermal package. But then there were sockets without exception and the cost of an error was equal to the cost of the CPU.

Regarding the madification - I looked briefly, I did not find a higher percentage on such a mother. Will have to look again.
"Mother may simply not recognize a stone." Do you want to say that infa is sewn into the mother on the processes and so on, or does it all depend on the capacities?
