Core i9 9900k turbo boost issue?

Hello!
When turbo boost is enabled on the i9 9900k processor on Windows, a blue screen pops up with a Whea uncorrectable error. If you disable turbo boost in bios everything works fine. The error doesn't come out right away. If there is a power problem, please help me configure it in the BIOS. The BIOS firmware is the latest, if I'm not mistaken f11. I don’t know if this is related to this problem, but earlier in the games the picture hung, but everything else worked. That is, in the game it was possible to move only without a picture. Now even that doesn't exist. But you can call the task manager.

Hello.
Download the HWND program and run it. It takes readings from sensors and visualizes them. And try to start the game and play for 10 minutes. After that, take a screen where the processor temperature tab is.

I would turn off TB and raise the frequency to 5 myself (not some core, but all once and for all), given the power of your processor.
